The Friends of Upper Fort Garry is a group of volunteers who are passionate about preserving the original site of Upper Fort Garry, a 3½-acre area that stretches along Main Street from Broadway to Assiniboine Avenue in Winnipeg. It is our hope that this Park will bring the history of Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Canada to life in a unique, design-conscious way.
